What determines the cost?

A website quote is mostly a quote for decisions and implementation time. The number of page types, the amount of original content, and the behavior your visitors need all affect the work involved.

A small brochure site with a clear brief is a different project from a booking platform with accounts, payments, and a team dashboard. Both can be the right investment; they simply solve different problems.

Spend on the parts customers notice

Start with the pages that help someone understand your offer and take the next step. Clear service pages, a credible portfolio, and a friction-free contact flow usually matter more than a long list of decorative features.

If a feature does not improve the customer experience or save your team time, leave it out of the first release. A focused launch gives you real feedback before you invest in the next round.

Get a useful quote

Share who the site is for, what visitors should do, which pages you need, and any systems the site must connect to. Examples of sites you like help explain the direction, but the reasons behind those examples are even more useful.

Ask for a written scope that names deliverables, assumptions, content responsibilities, and what happens after launch. That makes proposals easier to compare and keeps surprises out of the build.
