About us

We build software, then we stay and run it.

Davl Systems is a small software studio. We built a booking platform for a gym in Montréal that is now their own system, and Planika, our SaaS for studios that want the same thing without a custom build. We run the servers as well as writing the code, which is rarer than it should be.

What we stand for

Three things we refuse to compromise on

  1. 01

    Tailored, not templated

Every business is different. We build around how yours actually works instead of bending it to fit a product someone else designed.

  2. 02

You always know what is going on

What we are building, why, what it costs, and what is not going well. You hear the risky parts from us first, not at the end.

  3. 03

The same people all the way through

The people you talk to on the first call are the ones who design it, build it, and answer when something breaks at 2am.

Our own product

Planika

A booking page and schedule for small studios and personal instructors, so the ones who do not need a custom build still get to stop taking bookings by phone. Now taking on early studios.

Built on technology we trust

In the cloud or on your own hardware. We run Kubernetes clusters, bare-metal servers and HPC systems ourselves, so scaling is something we have done, not something we outsource.

A few lines is enough. We'll come back with honest feedback, a rough scope, and what it would take to build it. No obligation.
